Initial Discovery
To gain a thorough understanding of the new client’s needs and challenges, we will ask probing questions to learn about their business, goals, and pain points. We want to grasp how they perceive challenges and what outcomes they desire.
Building rapport is crucial. We aim to create a positive connection with the client, fostering trust and openness.
Project Planning
Projects are jointly planned, resulting in a letter of engagement that specifies steps, expectations, obligations, materials, and participants. This approach has been effective for over thirty years, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Fees are charged by the project, not hourly.
Communication
We are easily reachable via phone calls, texts, or in-person meetings as needed. We strive to close the communication loop with weekly updates on activities, progress, and other important information.
